His medical education journey, which began in 1994 at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, was successfully completed in 2000 with the title of MD. Then, in 2004, she completed her specialization training at Ankara Zekai Tahir Burak Women's Health Hospital and became a Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist. In 2005, she started working full-time as a Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist at Acıbadem Kadıköy Hospital's Gynecology Unit and IVF Center. In 2006, she completed her "IVF and Assisted Reproductive Techniques" training and received her certificate from the Ministry of Health. In 2007, she had the opportunity to take part in the IVF training of young trainee physicians at Acıbadem Hospital IVF Center. During her 6.5-year tenure at Acıbadem Hospital, she provided the best healthcare services to both Turkish and foreign patients, and particularly reinforced her expertise in infertility, assisted reproductive treatments and natural birth.

 
Deniz Gökalp, who decided to continue her work in a private clinic in 2011, first served her patients in her private clinics in Çiftehavuzlar on Bağdat Street and then in Koşuyolu, Kadıköy. In 2016, she began working as the clinic responsible physician of the IVF Unit at the private Ulus Liv Hospital. Again, in the same year, she took part in the founding academic staff of İstinye University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, which became affiliated with Liv Hospital. She played an active role in the theoretical and practical (internship) training of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Reproductive Endocrinology courses of İstinye University Faculty of Medicine students from the 1st to the 4th year. Liv Hospital's international patient transfer units, especially in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, Romania, Bulgaria, and other countries, met with the hospital organization where the patients in these regions were working, evaluated the patients, made the right diagnosis, and ensured that the patients found suitable came to Turkey, became parents and regained their health with infertility treatment and appropriate gynecological surgeries and treatments. By organizing training seminars and courses for local doctors in these countries and inviting them to our country, she contributed to the increase of their experience and skills.

 
In 2020, she left her positions at Liv Ulus Hospital and İstinye University Faculty of Medicine and started working full-time in her private practice in Kadıköy-Koşuyolu.


Today, he continues to provide services in the fields of in vitro fertilization, women's health and obstetrics in his clinic on Bağdat Street.
